Arthur A. Stewart

Arthur A. Stewart's practice areas include Bankruptcy and Financial Workouts involving Technology Contracts. Art spent seven years on the in-house legal staff of a large computer services company. He has extensive experience with financial workouts of technology contracts and frequently advises on the front end of such contracts, providing clients a clear and concise understanding of the insolvency-related risks. He has represented both individuals and businesses in all aspects of bankruptcy matters on both the debtor and creditor side. He received his B.A. with Honors from the University of Texas in 1980 and graduated from the University of Houston Law School in 1983. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity. Art is a member of the Dallas Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section and is admitted to practice before all Federal Circuits in the State of Texas as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
