About Oscar R. Molina
Oscar joined Jenkins Fenstermaker in October of 2018. Oscar was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While at Florida, Oscar published an article co-written by Adina Thompson and Dr. Lora Levett, under the Albany Law Review examining wrongful conviction and exonerees. Upon his gradution from the University of Florida, Oscar attended Washington & Lee University School of Law. At W&L Law, Oscar served as a Student Attorney for the Immigrant Rights Clinic, and interned for several judges in both the state and federal level. After his gradaution from W&L Law in 2015, Oscar served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Johnston, Superior Court Judge of the Delaware Superior Court.
